Metric Framework & Monitoring: Design business metric monitoring and early-warning systems; establish data reconstruction (post-mortem) mechanisms to support the assessment of overall business health.
Data Tooling & Visualization: Collaborate with the Data Product team to design visual dashboards (e.g., Tableau) based on business needs, driving the transformation of data assets into functional tools.
User Behavior Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Sensors Data) to conduct deep dives into user behavior, generating diagnostic reports and formulating actionable operational strategies.
Requirement Conversion: Translate business analysis needs into Data Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and manage the full project lifecycle from development to launch.
Reporting & Iteration: Responsible for compiling weekly and monthly reports, responding to daily data requests, and optimizing event tracking (SDK tagging) schemes to drive product iterations.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in the internet data sector; experience in collaborative data product projects is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SQL (complex queries and performance optimization); mastery of at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau) with proven experience building data dashboards from 0 to 1.
Analytical & Product Skills: Ability to rapidly parse underlying business data structures and map them to business metrics. Strong requirement conversion skills with the ability to turn business needs into data product solutions. Experience in technical communication and project management/coordination is a plus.
Business Acumen: High sensitivity to data with a strong product mindset and commercial intuition. Knowledge of the film and television/content industry is a significant advantage.
