Daily Impact (Key Responsibilities)

  1. High-End Visual Storytelling & BI Integration: You will design and maintain sophisticated interactive dashboards, working closely within the Tableau ecosystem alongside dedicated BI Analysts. Your primary contribution will be ensuring that your agentic AI models directly power and enrich the data presented in these Tableau dashboards.
  2. Agentic AI Workflow Design: You will lead the conceptualization and configuration of autonomous AI agents capable of executing multi-step tasks, such as proactively re-booking disrupted travel or automating complex insurance claim validations.
  3. Agentic AI Use Case Development: You will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and prioritizing new high-value agentic AI use cases across the business, focusing on areas like predictive loyalty interventions, dynamic pricing adjustments, and autonomous customer service resolution.
  4. LLM & Data Integration: You will collaborate with engineers to feed structured enterprise data into Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring our agentic AI tools have accurate, real-time context to make decisions.
  5. Performance Optimization: You will rigorously test the outputs of your AI agents, measuring critical success metrics (accuracy, latency, decision quality) to continuously refine our automated decision-making engines.1
  6. Data Quality & Governance: You will own the integrity of the datasets you utilize, building robust SQL data pipelines and ensuring that all data fed into visualization tools and AI models meets our strict compliance and privacy standards.
  7. Strategic AI Presentation & Consultation: You will act as the internal data consultant, bridging the gap between technical complexity and business strategy by presenting agentic AI solutions and their impact to internal stakeholders, ensuring they directly solve operational pain points for our partners (e.g., airlines, banks).

Minimum Requirements

  1. Advanced Academic Background: A Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Visualization, or Data Science is highly preferred, demonstrating a deep theoretical understanding of statistical methods and information design.
  1. Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in SQL and Python (specifically for data manipulation and API interaction) is required, along with mastery of at least one major visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI).
  2. AI & Analytical Experience: Demonstrated experience or a strong academic portfolio involving Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic workflows, combined with the ability to explain the why and how behind your analysis to non-technical audiences.
