Job Title: Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst (Junior)
Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design of data collection channels
- Assist in data integration between collection channels and dashboards
- Perform data analysis and prepare actionable insights for management
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvements
Skills & Competencies:
- Business Intelligence
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, simple databases)
Familiar with Tableau or other BI tools
Experience in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights - Process Innovation
Creative problem-solving skills to streamline workflows
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques - Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields
- 1 year of experience in data analytics/BI, or relevant internship experience
