Job Description
- Lead a small team of data analysts to deliver actionable insights from complex datasets
- Define data analysis strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end data projects (collection, cleaning, modeling, visualization)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance) to address data needs
- Mentor analysts, optimize workflow, and ensure data quality/accuracy
Job Requirements
- Educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of data analysis experience, 2+ year in a leadership/mentorship role
- Experience in internet industry and live streaming industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Good international perspective and proficiency in cross-cultural communication
