What You'll Do
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines and monitoring frameworks to ensure high data quality, reliability, and lifecycle governance
- Design and implement robust data models, transformations, and workflows that enable scalable automation and self-service analytics
- Integrate and optimise multiple data sources to support business reporting and advanced analytics use cases
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights and support decision-making
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive BI solutions
- Plan and execute deployment and adoption strategies for BI platforms, tailored to varying levels of data maturity across teams
- Continuously improve performance, documentation, and usability of data assets
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI development
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing using modern SaaS/PaaS platforms (e.g. Snowflake, AWS Redshift)
- Proficiency with open-source data transformation tools such as dbt
- Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL) and working knowledge of Python for data processing and analysis
- Proven experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Solid understanding of data quality, data governance, and best practices across the data lifecycle
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
