Job Summary
We are seeking an analytically skilled professional to join our client's Supply Chain Analytics & Intelligence team, focusing on demand and supply analysis, material shortage identification, and supporting forecasting models and AI-driven decision support tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze demand and supply data to identify material shortages, bottlenecks, and potential disruptions.
- Evaluate the impact of demand changes on supply continuity and operational performance.
- Provide purchase recommendations and mitigation strategies to minimize shortage risks.
- Support data preparation and feature engineering for forecasting models and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve model interpretability and insights.
- Assist in designing and prototyping analytics dashboards, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Python and data analytics libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Experienced in RPA or UI automation for enterprise software.
- Strong background in supply chain management, including demand planning, inventory, or procurement analytics.
- Skilled in machine learning for forecasting and optimization, and in data visualization tools like Power BI, Plotly, PYQT, or Streamlit.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI-driven supply chain systems and demand forecasting analysis.
- Knowledge of user-focused analytics and ERP or supply chain data sources (e.g., SAP, MRP).

- Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 per month
