Data Analyst (Ai-Native)

We are a fast-growing fintech company headquartered in Singapore, building innovative payment and technology solutions that help businesses simplify and improve the way they operate. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team and help turn data into actionable business insights while driving greater efficiency through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design dashboards that track merchant activity, product usage, and revenue performance in a clear, practical way.
• Explore transaction data to spot trends, patterns, and risks, then translate them into useful recommendations for the business.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance and service usage, ensuring stakeholders have the insights they need to act quickly.
• Apply AI and automation tools to streamline recurring analytical work, including data extraction, cleaning, and report preparation.
• Identify manual workflows across teams such as Finance, Operations, and Merchant Support, and redesign them using AI tools, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Work hand-in-hand with Data Engineers to build predictive models that support areas such as merchant retention and fraud prevention.
• Streamline processes by automating data flow and reporting pipelines across different platforms.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience handling large datasets, ideally in payments, fintech, or another fast-moving industry.
• Strong SQL and Python skills are essential.
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, plus strong Excel skills.
• AI-native and AI-savvy, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to automate analyses, accelerate data exploration, and improve reporting efficiency.
• A problem-solver with sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Able to explain complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with transaction-heavy or e-payment environments will be viewed positively.
