This is an 18-months contract hire.
As a Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business and data analyzing large, complex datasets, diagnosing data quality issues, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and delivering impactful BI dashboards and reports. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data governance, reliability, and accessibility, empowering teams to make insight-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into analytical deliverables.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize performance trends and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics processes.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies, automation, and visualization practices.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience managing large, complex datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and agile project methodologies.
