This is an 18-months contract hire.
As a Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business and data - analyzing large, complex datasets, diagnosing data quality issues, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and delivering impactful BI dashboards and reports. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data governance, reliability, and accessibility, empowering teams to make insight-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into analytical deliverables.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize performance trends and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics processes.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies, automation, and visualization practices.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience managing large, complex datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and agile project methodologies.
