We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data & Admin Assistant to assist with part-time office operations. This role involves handling accounts, payroll support, and maintaining important company records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update invoice and payment data accurately in our system
- Match bank receipts to invoices and maintain transaction records
- Assist in preparing monthly payslips and basic payroll documents
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Provide general administrative and office support when needed
Requirements:
- Basic accounting or admin experience preferred
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
- Meticulous, organized, and reliable
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Work Location: Office-based
Report to office: 3 days per week
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
