Role Description

We are hiring a DAO Treasury Manager to lead treasury strategy, digital asset analysis, governance research, and financial operations across DAO and Web3 ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on DAO treasury management, digital asset markets, Web3 governance, capital allocation, DeFi, and blockchain finance.

The DAO Treasury Manager will monitor treasury activity, evaluate portfolio exposure, support governance-driven financial planning, and prepare strategic insights across DAOs, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, blockchain networks, and crypto-native organizations. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in DAO treasury management, Web3 governance, digital asset portfolios, crypto finance, and decentralized financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead research across DAO treasury models, digital asset portfolios, token ecosystems, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, blockchain networks, and Web3 financial infrastructure

• Monitor treasury reserves, token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, governance proposals, voter participation, protocol revenue, and market developments

• Support treasury strategy, asset allocation research, capital planning, governance analysis, risk awareness, and opportunity evaluation across Web3 ecosystems

• Prepare treasury reports, governance updates, market intelligence notes, DAO summaries, token analysis briefs, and digital asset strategy materials

• Track developments across DAOs, DeFi platforms, crypto exchanges, blockchain startups, tokenized finance projects, and Asia-Pacific Web3 infrastructure providers

• Evaluate risks and opportunities related to treasury reserves, token concentration, protocol revenue, liquidity, stablecoin exposure, governance participation, and market conditions

• Collaborate with team members on treasury planning, Web3 governance, digital asset research, financial operations, and DAO strategy initiatives

• Maintain organized treasury dashboards, governance trackers, proposal logs, token watchlists, market files, capital allocation notes, and Web3 intelligence resources

Qualifications

• Strong interest in DAO treasury management, Web3 governance, digital asset portfolios, cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, stablecoins, and tokenized assets

• Familiarity with crypto markets, DAO governance, treasury models, capital allocation, token ecosystems, blockchain networks, or digital asset research

• Understanding of governance proposals, token voting, treasury reserves, liquidity, capital flows, protocol revenue, risk factors, and decentralized financial systems

• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, governance forums, Snapshot, Tally, DeFi dashboards, crypto analytics tools, TradingView, treasury tracking tools, or portfolio dashboards is a plus

• Strong research, analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and organization skills

• Ability to explain treasury strategy, governance trends, token activity, risk exposure, and Web3 financial insights clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple treasury, governance, and strategy priorities

• Previous experience in crypto research, DAO operations, treasury analysis, fintech, financial markets, asset management, Web3 communities, or digital asset projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: SGD120,000 - SGD135,000 per year depending on experience
