Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Solution Architect on behalf of our client to lead and support end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional finance expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable D365 Finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation projects
- Design finance solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements
- Drive process consultancy by documenting and defining AS-IS and TO-BE business processes from L1 to L4 levels
- Collaborate effectively in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model
- Provide functional guidance to implementation and support teams
- Participate in client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design discussions
Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects
- Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies including Sure Step and Agile
- Hands-on experience across finance business functions such as:
- Finance
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Fixed Assets
- Project Accounting
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience working in an Offshore-Onsite delivery model
- Solid experience in process consulting, including AS-IS / TO-BE documentation from L1-L4
Nice to have skills:
- Experience working on D365 F&O support engagements
