Summary
As a Solution Architect at Avanade, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You'll solve problems using your ERP knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team and the wider internal ERP community. Avanade's industry-specific business process modelling and implementation methodology enables faster time to value and lowers total cost of ownership. Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, SCM, Commerce).
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
- Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
- Lead and mentor a team of functional/technical consultants.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft's best practices and delivery frameworks.
- Support pre-sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
Qualifications
Skill and experiences
- 8+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O solutions
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects.
- Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commerce.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Familiarity with Azure services and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
- Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing teams and leading client workshops or discovery sessions.
- Second working language to English such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or relevant technical certifications
