Job Description:
- D365 CRM Architect: Someone who designs and owns end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions (data model, integrations, security, CX, etc.), not just a developer or admin.
- Experience with AWS Connect; Someone who's designed or integrated contact‑center workflows with D365.
- Experience with K2 / Nintex + SharePoint: Workflow and automation tools (K2 / Nintex) sitting on top of SharePoint, often used for approvals, forms, and process automation in D365 ecosystems.
