About the programme:
Our Trainee Track pairs you with experienced sales professionals for 6-12 weeks of intensive mentorship, followed by supervised client engagement. You'll learn how to:
. Conduct professional consultations with business decision-makers
. Diagnose client needs through structured questioning
. Present solutions that address specific business challenges
. Build sustainable client relationships
. Manage your own client pipeline
Key responsibilities:
. Attend structured training sessions on sales methodology and client engagement
. Shadow experienced team members on client visits
. Conduct supervised client meetings (with mentor guidance available)
. Maintain detailed client interaction records
. Participate in team debriefs and continuous improvement discussions
. Travel to regional markets as part of development (3+trips per year)
Ideal candidate profile:
. Age 18-28, Fresh Graduate, ORD, or early career
. Coachable and eager to develop professional sales skills
. Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating your approach
. Natural communicator with professional bearing
. Strong work ethic and commitment to structured learning
. No prior sales experience required (attitude matters more)
