Job Description

Review and assess external party submission reports to verify the completeness of audit submissions and achievement of performance milestones.
Evaluate the adequacy and relevance of supporting evidence, and validate compliance assessments and conclusions.
Liaise with external parties to clarify audit findings and conduct onsite checks, where required, to validate findings and performance milestone completion.
Prepare validation worksheets, assessment materials and recommendations for management review.
Monitor and verify remediation actions taken by external parties to address audit findings and identified non-compliances.
Identify opportunities to enhance audit guidance, frameworks and validation methodologies, and support related resilience initiatives.
Coordinate audit validation activities, manage timelines and deliverables, and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective completion of assigned activities.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Engineering or a related discipline. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience may also be considered.
Relevant experience in audit, compliance, risk, governance or related functions. Experience in the telecommunications industry would be an advantage.
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations and recommendations based on evidence and analysis.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external parties and conduct onsite checks where required.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage priorities and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively.
