Perform routine operational tasks in administration and support of on-premise Tenable VMS solutions located at customer sites, in accordance with the established policies, procedures and processes
Work with other team members and customer's teams to meet or exceed operational SLA, especially on incident, problem, service request, patching and vulnerability management
Develop and update VMS scan jobs
Perform scheduled VMS scans
Develop and update VMS reports
Onboard and offboard assets to VMS solutions, troubleshoot and resolve asset onboarding issues with the asset owners
Develop and continually update procedures, processes and documentation for operations in accordance with customer requirements, government regulations, industry standards and product best practices.
Prepare operational reports (regular and ad-hoc) accurately and timely.
Comply with all service management processes and requirements
Execute Service Requests submitted by the customer within the agreed timeline
Track operational metrics
Implement mitigations on identified risks
Remediate security findings from security assessments and audits
Respond to system alerts and incident reported by customer after office hours
Perform system maintenance activities after office hours
Provide standby support after office hours
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a related discipline
Two or more years of professional work experience in operational management or support of Tenable VMS solutions in large enterprises and MNCs.
Good knowledge of common security solutions and their integration with external systems and common services (DNS, Domain Controller, NTP, Log Management, System Monitoring, Backup, VMS, 2FA, etc)
Able to work in customer premises
Able to perform system maintenance activities after office hours
Able to provide standby support after office hours
