Identity & Access Management (IAM) Strategy
- Execute a comprehensive IAM program to ensure appropriate identity and access controls across infrastructure and applications.
- Establish and continuously improve the IAM Management and Governance Framework for all group companies.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on IAM program status to IT stakeholders.
- Manage IAM-related incidents and events, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Oversee IAM projects and provide expert guidance for other IT initiatives.
- Identify and manage IAM-related risks, define risk treatment plans, and communicate residual risks to stakeholders.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure IAM initiatives align with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive automation, standardization, and integration of IAM processes across systems.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and other functions to strengthen IAM governance. Communication & Reporting
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
- Provide timely updates, progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Support internal and external audit and compliance activities.
- Address issues proactively, transparently, and constructively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of regional IT experience, with at least 5 years specializing in Identity & Access Management.
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies, frameworks, and best practices would have an added advantage
- Hands-on experience managing Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID would have an added advantage
- Solid grasp of IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP would have an added advantage
- Proven track record in project management and execution of IAM or cybersecurity projects would have an added advantage
