Summary:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure Support Engineer with hands-on experience in managing secure IT environments. The role involves delivering security solutions, supporting infrastructure systems, responding to incidents, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain system integrity and performance.
Requirements:
- Lead the implementation and delivery of cybersecurity solutions across IT infrastructure.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and maintenance for security devices.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk management, and compliance checks.
- Provide technical support for incidents, outages, and infrastructure issues.
- Install, configure, and support infrastructure systems (servers, AD, storage, backup, virtualization).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues onsite when necessary.
- Collaborate with vendors on project execution and issue resolution.
- Ensure systems align with internal technology standards and security policies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive environments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
- Experience with security tools such as PAM, DAM, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, and VA scanners.
- Familiarity with IM8 compliance standards.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Symantec Endpoint Protection, VMware, Veeam Backup, SolarWinds, and Ivanti.
- Experience managing Windows and Linux servers.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN and network hardware (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco).
