They are seeking a IT Security Engineering, Operations & Governance Lead to shape security strategy, embed governance, and drive resilience across a dynamic enterprise. Managing a team of 9, he/she will be entrusted with the design and execution of security policies and controls, operational incident response, and engineering alignment across corporate IT and shared services environments. The role is both strategic and operational, suited for someone who enjoys depth in security programs while staying hands-on with execution.

• Lead and evolve enterprise-wide security governance frameworks, policies, and controls across infrastructure, platforms, and corporate IT environments.
• Manage security operations, including structured incident response processes, cross-functional escalation, and root cause remediation.
• Define secure-by-design standards and ensure integration across product, engineering, and business operations.
• Guide the alignment of security roles and responsibilities across business units.
• Drive audit readiness and support internal/external compliance assessments.
• Provide governance leadership during periods of organizational change and transformation.
• Foster a proactive security culture by promoting awareness, accountability, and resilience across functions.

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of experience across cybersecurity engineering, operations, infrastructure security, and governance, risk & compliance (GRC).
• Experience building scalable and policy-driven security programs.
• Comfortable navigating high-growth, fast-paced environments with fluid ownership models.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to influence both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to fintech or modern tech environments preferred.
• Open to some international travel.
