About the Company
Our client is a large, complex organisation undergoing continuous digital evolution, operating in a highly securitysensitive and regulated environment. As part of their efforts in scaling their Cyber Security teams significantly, they are actively hiring with multiple new headcounts.

Your New Role
This is a senior cybersecurity governance role within a central security leadership function, responsible for setting standards, frameworks, and risk practices across a diverse technology landscape.

You will lead enterprisewide cybersecurity risk governance, establish robust threat and risk assessment standards, and provide strategic advisory input into system and cloud architectures, including Zero Trust principles. The role works closely with senior technology and business leaders to embed securitybydesign and shift the organisation toward a riskinformed approach rather than a purely compliancefocused one.

What You Will Need to Succeed

. 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or security architecture
. Strong expertise in GRC frameworks, threat risk assessments, and security policy development
. Solid technical understanding of enterprise IT, cloud platforms, and complex system environments
. Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and modern security control ecosystems
. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating technical risks into clear business impact
. Experience operating in large, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders
. Relevant degree and professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, OSCP/OSWE
