We are partnering with a leading financial services organization looking for a Cybersecurity Engineering Lead to strengthen and enhance its enterprise security capabilities across the region. This role is suited for an experienced cybersecurity professional who is both technically strong and confident leading projects and stakeholders in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and improve enterprise security architecture in line with regulatory and industry standards.
- Lead regional security engineering projects, managing vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Implement and manage security tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, FireMon, and Illumio to improve monitoring and network security governance.
- Drive vulnerability management, remediation, and security hardening across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Work closely with risk, audit, and compliance teams to support security reviews and incident investigations.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Strong hands-on experience with SIEM, security analytics, and network security policy management tools.
- Broad knowledge across areas such as IAM, network security, cloud security, data protection, and security architecture.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives effectively.
