We are assisting our client, an established IT Solutions Provider, to hire a Cybersecurity Engineer to augment their existing Professional services team.
Responsibilities
- Identification, Protection, and Documentation of critical assets.
- Set up complete access control measures & develop documentation.
- Conduct Vulnerability assessment within IM8 requirements and Perform Patch management.
- Provide advisory on the feasibility and functionality of new cybersecurity enhancements.
- Perform network and system security identification and documentation.
- Provide incident support from investigation to closure, and documentation.
- Creation of Cyber Security Playbooks for incident response procedures.
- Conduct Cybersecurity awareness and related training/briefing sessions.
- Setup/Configuration of DHCP, Radius, Firewall rules, Firmware, IP addresses, DNS, and Group Policies etc.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, particularly with operational systems.
- Knowledge of government regulatory requirements such as IM8 and CCoP, firewalls, network switches, and servers.
- Possess practical knowledge of cybersecurity incident handling, IT infrastructure security, computer security, and network security.
- Relevant Cybersecurity certifications are beneficial those with practical hands-on cybersecurity experience will be at an advantage.
