Job Description
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am -6pm), Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)
Working Location: Central
Salary Package: Up to $9000 + AWS
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Support operations of Risk Management products including handling customer tickets and product support tickets
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot platform issues
- Support agencies in interpreting Security Posture Reports
- Work closely with agencies to support their onboarding process to Exposure Management platforms
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Exposure Management products such as Attack Surface Management and Vulnerability Management System
- Fine-tune platform settings to optimise performance
- Design, implement and maintain integrations with third-party COTS or bespoke products such as GASSP, SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and ticketing systems
- Design, develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows using APIs for user management and platform maintenance
- Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for products to ease maintenance and support
- Create user guides and training materials
- Maintain regular office attendance during designated working hours
- Provide appropriate response and support for incidents outside working hours
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Cybersecurity or related
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Background in vulnerability management or external threat intelligence platforms
- Cloud experience is a plus
