Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of our clients critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Provide 24/7 operational support to maintain system availability and execute scheduled preventive maintenance for peak performance.

• Incident Management: Manage service requests and security incidents, performing hands-on troubleshooting and fault isolation for cyber security-related issues.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a technical point of contact for customers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

• Workflow Optimization: Review existing customer business workflows or system functionalities and propose strategic recommendations for security and efficiency improvements.

• Reporting: Ensure timely, clear, and concise communication and documentation flows among all stakeholders.

• On-Call Support: Participate in a rotational duty roster to provide critical event support as required.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

• Product Knowledge: Hands-on experience with core cyber security products (e.g., McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, Thales) is highly advantageous.

• Experience Level: . Associate/Engineer: Fresh graduates with a strong passion for cyber security are welcome to apply.

  • Senior Engineer: Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations Support or Cyber Security.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Certifications: Professional certifications in cyber security solutions (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, or vendor-specific certs) are preferred.
