Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy, upgrade, and configure CyberArk and other cybersecurity products.
- Propose effective solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct training for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across systems and networks.
- Support sales with technical insights and tender responses.
- Continuously upskill and obtain relevant certifications.
- Act as a knowledge resource for internal support teams.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma/Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in IT/Cybersecurity (Associate role available for fresh grads).
- Knowledge of CyberArk, IAM, EDR, SIEM, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk CDE, CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, OSCP) are a plus.
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
