We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Cybersecurity Director/CISO to drive the security strategy.

about the job

• Formulating and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and standards aligned with the company goals.
• Leading the governance of the company's security posture by maintaining visibility of all ICT systems across various operating environments.
• Providing hands-on advisory and consultation on appropriate cybersecurity solutions and technologies, particularly for cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Overseeing and approving ICT security work plans, risk acceptance decisions, and mitigation strategies from project teams.
• Designing and conducting security incident response workshops and exercises (e.g., tabletop exercises) and leading investigations of security incidents.
• Ensuring the secure ICT development lifecycle complies with security policies and standards.
• Implementing and maintaining security controls for CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.

skills and experience required
At least 15 years of management experience in information security with a solid grasp of ICT operations, security policies, and business processes.

Extensive, hands-on experience in cloud security for major platforms such as AWS and GCP is essential.

Proven experience in designing and implementing resilient security architecture across both on-premises and multicloud environments.

Demonstrated knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and their use in automating secure environments.

The permanent opportunity for a Cybersecurity Director/CISO, will pay a salary range of $15,000 - $ 19,000 plus benefits. This opportunity offers hybrid working arrangement.
