Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Development Professional to join our young and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proven track record of success in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams.
- Software Development: Embark with the team on technical or software engineering effort.
- Cybersecurity Assessments: Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
- Threat Intelligence: Analyse threat intelligence to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.
- Solution Design: Develop and implement customized cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted cybersecurity partner.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Possesses a strong ability to analyse unfamiliar situations, think critically and implement practical solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on technical roles especially hands-on activities.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Singapore CSA Codes of Practice).
- Deep knowledge of IT and internet of things (IoT) environments.
- Experience with various networking and cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanners).
- Passion for emerging technologies and a willingness to stay updated on the latest trends.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience in consulting or professional services.
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, C, C++).
