Summary:
- Engage, consult, and advise Beazley Security customers regarding information security and risk management best practices, with a particular focus on Singapore, but also APAC-wide.
- Ensure customers are guided through a consistent journey that maximises commercial opportunities for Beazley Security. This may include working with the business units to develop and improve product and service offerings and supporting marketing efforts for Beazley Security services.
- Assist Beazley insurance customers to utilize risk management resources within their entitlement, and encourage adoption of Beazley Security's value-add services and product portfolio.
- Manage and coordinate the investigation of cyber security incidents covered by Beazley insurance policies.
Responsibilities:
- Risk Management: Deliver cyber risk management services to customers, for example onboardings calls or crisis management tabletop exercises. Identifying commercial opportunities in this space, working directly with our customers.
- Business Development: Provide input, in conjunction with business units, to the further development and growth of Beazley Security opportunities.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction consistent with Beazley Security values and Beazley Security brand.
- Incident Management: Manage cyber incidents involving Beazley insureds, including liaising with internal stakeholders and managing third-party experts throughout the breach response lifecycle. Work with the Beazley Claims team to ensure that services are consistent with insurance policy obligations and claims business needs are met.
- Product Development: Help develop new products and improve existing products to provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including speaking at conferences, client meetings and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Expert Resource: Maintain high level of expertise in matters related to privacy breaches and cyber security incidents to be a resource to internal and external audiences.
Qualifications:
- Degree from any discipline.
- Relevant Certifications preferred including:
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
o Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)
o Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
o Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
o Certified ISO 27001 Auditor or Security Officer
o GIAC Cyber-Security and/or Incident Response certifications
o Other cyber security or information technology industry certification
- Experience in data security and/or data privacy issues.
- Professional approach to interact successfully with customers, managers/colleagues/external legal and other services providers in-person or remotely
- Readiness to travel for client deliveries as necessary.
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with strong public speaking ability.
- Ability to effectively work in crisis and pressure situations.
- Ability to manage time and take initiative to meet timelines effectively.
