What You'll Do
- Lead post-sales implementation of cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions
- Work on large-scale projects (local & regional) with enterprise clients
- Deliver end-to-end deployment: testing, implementation, and documentation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring strong customer satisfaction
- Investigate and resolve issues using internal knowledge bases and best practices
- Participate in a 24/7 support rotation (standby) for mission-critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in network support, system administration, or similar roles
- Strong foundation in networking (routing & switching)
- Certifications such as CCNA / CCSA are a strong advantage
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills-able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in cybersecurity
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
