The Role:
As a Cybersecurity Engineer (Cloud & DevSecOps)youll be at the heart of designing and embedding security into cutting-edge platforms and enterprise systems. This is a hands-on role where youll work closely with cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and application teams to ensure products are secure, scalable, and resilient.
- Deploy and fine-tune security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Strengthen DevOps pipelines with DevSecOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Carry out vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and threat modelling to identify and mitigate risks.
- Implement application security best practices, including SAST, DAST, and SCA tools, aligned to OWASP Top 10 and SANS 25 standards.
- Oversee IAM, PAM, encryption, and data protection solutions.
- Play a key role in incident response, change management, and business continuity activities.
- Stay ahead of evolving security trends, tools, and best practices.

The Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in security engineering, cloud security, or DevSecOps.
- Proven ability to design and implement security solutions in dynamic or fast-moving environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud services (compute, containers, storage, networking, monitoring).
- Hands-on expertise with vulnerability management and container security tools.
- Skilled in penetration testing and threat modelling.
- Solid understanding of data governance, lifecycle management, and DLP practices.
- Familiarity with auto-scaling and cloud capacity management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCSK, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty) are a plus.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ideal candidates must hold the right to work without visa sponsorship.
