Cyber Security Architect

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across strategic accounts through account mining, wallet share expansion, and cybersecurity-led opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CxOs, CIOs, CISOs, business leaders, risk teams, and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify client business challenges and position cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and resilience solutions to address them.
• Lead executive governance meetings, QBRs, steering committees, and manage escalations when required.
• Partner with cybersecurity, technology, and delivery teams to develop and deliver client-focused security solutions.
• Support strategic pursuits and large deals where cybersecurity is a key decision factor.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership to improve operational efficiency, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive contribution margin improvement through pricing optimization, scope management, cost control, and productivity initiatives.
• Develop account plans focused on revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and security-led expansion.
• Mentor account teams and provide market insights to enhance cybersecurity offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in client-facing leadership roles within technology services, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven experience in growing large enterprise accounts through account mining and strategic relationship management.
• Strong background in cybersecurity domains such as Security Transformation, Managed Security Services, Cloud Security, IAM, GRC, SOC Operations, or Cyber Risk Management.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, including CxOs, CIOs, CISOs, and senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, and commercial ownership.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and resilience solutions.
• Experience in improving contribution margins, P&L management, and delivery effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business and client outcomes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
