Cyber Infra Maintenance Engineer (DSC/JH)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the IT infrastructure components like firewalls, end-point protection, network switches, log collector, windows/linux system etc.
• Manage fault rectification process, and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems using a range of diagnostic utility tools
• Work closely with product vendor to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition
• Manage patching process and maintain the components, e.g. monitor, evaluate, test, and apply critical patches to operating systems, applications, etc.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance to relevant equipment
• Willing to be on 24x7 standby

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Network or Network Security such as Firewall
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
• Knowledge in Linux is preferred
• Basic knowledge of virtualization and system is preferred
• Relevant work experience (1 to 3 years) in IT security
• Certification in Information Technology Security field has an advantage.
