Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver a pleasant and professional customer experience by using polite, friendly, and courteous language and behavior at all times.

2. Carry out daily store duties as assigned, including membership registration, order taking, and responding promptly to customer requests.

3. Follow store operational standards and service procedures, work effectively with team members, and continuously learn and share relevant knowledge.

4. Actively participate in training programs, gradually mastering front-of-house service, bar operations, and cashiering skills to continuously improve job performance and professional capabilities.
