Handle full spectrum of project administration and oversee daily administrative tasks at the site office.
Conduct regular visit to the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage.
Manage feedback and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract.
Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
Promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction.
Establish a filing system and maintain thorough documentation for all files and correspondence pertaining to the project.
Assist and support Site Manager/ Project Manager on any ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in a relevant discipline
At least 1 years working experience as a relevant experience in the construction industry
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Good client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with internal and external parties
Able to engage and manage various stakeholders on PR matters and public feedback to create an effective communication flow and awareness on the project
Resourceful and good interpersonal skill
Able to work independently, organized and possess positive working attitude
