Job Description

Basic information:

  • 5 day work week
  • Day Shift: 7am to 4pm AND 1.30pm to 10.30pm (Bi-weekly rotate)
    Night Shift: 10.15pm to 7.15pm (able to choose shift)
  • Basic UP $3000
  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Bonus provided

Job Scope:

  • Liaise with customers on work programmes and service activities.
  • Coordinate with operations coordinators on scheduling, manpower allocation, and job planning.
  • Receive, record, and process incoming customer requisitions accurately and efficiently.
  • Distribute work requests to relevant operations teams for execution.
  • Maintain and update work orders, schedules, and related documentation.
  • Compile call records and summaries, including subcontractor-related work requests.
  • Track issuance and return of tools and equipment to ensure proper condition and accountability.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date operational records.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum qualification of GCE O Level, NITEC, or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in call centre or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shift schedules.
  • Contract position with potential conversion to permanent role based on performance.
