Job Description

Provide technical and product support to customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction

Gather customer feedback on product quality, delivery, and service performance, and share insights with internal teams

Work closely with cross-functional departments to improve customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow company and customer compliance, quality, and workplace safety requirements

Maintain good housekeeping and safe work practices at both company and customer sites

Perform failure analysis on defective products and prepare clear investigation reports

Identify product defects accurately and support corrective actions

Lead defect containment and crisis response activities during quality issues

Escalate critical issues promptly and support resolution plans

Carry out operational and on-site tasks as assigned after training
