Job Description

Responsible for validating warranty claims and supporting related operational tasks. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and service partners. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as the role involves data handling and tracking of claims. RMA and shipment coordination will be provided through on-the-job training (OJT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes (OJT provided).
  • Assist with coordination of shipments with logistics teams and service partners (OJT provided).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims and returns.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements :

  • O Level or Diploma qualification.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation, conditional formatting, formulas, charts).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Interest or basic knowledge in consumer electronics or home appliances is a plus.
