Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and motivated Customer Success Regional Manager to join our Asia Pacific (APAC) Digital Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers to drive regional satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while personally managing a select portfolio of key accounts to maintain firsthand market insight. You will join a rapidly expanding team dedicated to delivering seamless digital journeys and maximizing value for our customers across the region.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead and Develop People: Inspire a team of Customer Success Managers through coaching and mentorship to achieve high performance and alignment with regional organizational objectives.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional success plans that proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase long-term customer value and revenue.
- Optimize Regional Operations: Streamline customer success processes and utilize data analytics to assess trends, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

- Extensive Leadership Experience: A proven track record of managing and inspiring teams to exceed goals within a Customer Success or account management environment.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Expertise in cultivating long-term partnerships with large, complex accounts and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Strong proficiency in using customer data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, ideally supplemented by advanced leadership or management training.
