Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Customer Success Operations Manager/Renewals Manager/Customer Success Associate, based in Singapore. The role includes maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, driving customer retention and renewals, and fostering long-term client relationships. The individual will be responsible for analyzing customer data, optimizing account management processes, and ensuring the successful execution of customer-oriented strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to achieving business goals and continuing to deliver value to the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and utilize customer data
  • Experience in Account Management and effective customer relationship management
  • Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proficiency with customer success tools and CRM platforms
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in supporting student development, education, or related sectors is considered an advantage
