About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring successful onboarding, driving product adoption, and building long-term customer relationships that maximize value and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Partner with clients to drive adoption, engagement, and business value from our solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
