We are partnering with a fast-growing InsurTech startup that is redefining and empowering how group insurance providers operate across the region. Backed by strong leadership and with a clear growth trajectory, they are looking to hire a commercially driven Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly
- Proactively engage clients to maximise product utilisation and long-term value
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to drive success outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within Insurance, SaaS, InsurTech, or related industries
- Highly sales-driven, with a strong commercial mindset and track record of revenue ownership
- Hungry, proactive, and self-motivated — a true go-getter who thrives in ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both operational and senior decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a startup environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
