Customer Success Manager

Job Description

• Welcome and attend to customers, providing an excellent one-stop experience at all times.
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain the showroom and product layoff.
• Handle customer support and liaise with General Managers.
• Act as a strong client advocate, while maintaining business priorities
• Monitor the progress of client inquiries up to confirmation of final resolution
• Provide ongoing technical expertise & assistance
• Work both independently and with a team
• Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Independent and self-motivated individual.
• Having a positive attitude to adapt to the dynamic environment.
• Experience in E-commerce and online retail would be an advantage.
• Prior sales experience would be an advantage.
• Must be fluent in English, and preferably in Chinese.
