Role: Enterprise Implementation Manager / Customer Success

We've partnered with a hyper-growth enterprise AI scale-up on a mission to scale their market share across APAC. They've grown revenue x7 in the last year, secured backing from leading global investors, and are already partnering with major players across banking, insurance, fintech, and retail.
You'll play a key role in guiding customers from onboarding through long-term success, fostering strong partnerships, and supporting growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive the onboarding and ongoing success of new enterprise customers
- Develop trusted relationships with key users and executive stakeholders through proactive engagement
- Track account health, product adoption, and renewal readiness
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities, partnering closely with Sales to execute growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- 4-8 years in customer success, account management, or consulting in enterprise SaaS in the BFSI (banking, financial services, insurance)
- Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and managing executive relationships
- Excellent communicator and problem solver with commercial instincts
- Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast - startup DNA welcome
- Proven track record in a startup environment, sales, complex portfolio management and/or client-facing strategic roles.
