Customer Success Manager (Commodities) – Singapore

We are working with a global provider of financial data and trading technology to hire a Customer Success Manager focused on commodities clients.

This is a client-facing role where you'll partner closely with end users of a trading platform - driving adoption, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand usage across their workflows.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and execute customer success plans across a portfolio of accounts
  • Drive user engagement, platform adoption, and retention
  • Deliver tailored product walkthroughs aligned to client needs
  • Partner with commercial teams on renewals and growth opportunities
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to internal stakeholders

What they're looking for:

  • 3+ years in customer success, client-facing, or consulting roles
  • Exposure to commodities/energy markets or financial data platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on client outcomes
