As the business scales, it seeks a Customer Success Manager to join a team of passionate industry and technology experts. This role will suit someone who combines architectural expertise with a love for technology and enjoys building trusted relationships with clients
Key Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and suppliers to understand their goals and translate them into product impact.
- Drive adoption through tailored demos, technical pre-sales, workshops, and proof-of-concept.
- Shape the product roadmap by bringing customer insights, feature requests, and competitive intel into planning.
- Champion success from onboarding through to expansion, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- A degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent experience.
- Background in a developer's in-house design team or an architectural consultancy, with exposure from feasibility to build.
- Proven experience managing customers, projects, or teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A passion for bridging design and technology to solve real-world challenges.
