Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will act as a strategic bridge between clients and internal delivery teams. The ideal candidate will ensure successful service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

* Ensure successful delivery of services aligned with client expectations

* Collaborate with internal delivery teams to track progress and resolve issues

* Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions

* Understand client pain points and ensure proactive solutions

* Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement

Key Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Engagement roles

* Prior experience in IT / SaaS / Cybersecurity environment preferred

* Background in IT Sales or client-facing roles is highly preferred

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
