What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the person parents see and speak to first - and the one they remember.

Your role includes:

  • Welcoming parents and students with warmth and clarity

  • Explaining programmes and schedules confidently

  • Managing enrolments, payments, and documentation carefully

  • Handling calls, messages, and enquiries promptly

  • Supporting daily centre operations to keep things running smoothly

  • Assisting with parent communication and follow-ups

This role is important. You are not just admin - you are part of the parent experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Naturally cheerful and friendly (but still professional)

  • Responsible and dependable

  • Organised and detail-oriented

  • Calm when handling questions or concerns

  • Willing to learn and improve

  • Comfortable interacting with both English and Chinese-speaking parents

  • Looking for a stable, long-term role (minimum 1 year commitment)

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, childcare or education centres is a plus - but attitude matters more than experience.

Work Schedule

Weekdays: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Weekends: 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM
(Weekend availability required)
