Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Success Director to lead our customer success organization in Singapore. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by developing and executing strategies that ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer success team, setting goals, KPIs, and performance standards
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and implement proactive measures to reduce churn
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align customer success initiatives with business goals
- Drive adoption and usage of products and services to maximize customer value
- Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer needs and trends
- Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics, retention, and growth to executive leadership
- Mentor and develop the customer success team to build capabilities and high-performance culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 812 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and drive organizational alignment
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore and SEA market dynamics is preferred
