Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Success Director to lead our customer success initiatives in Singapore. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by building strong relationships, implementing success strategies, and leading a high-performing customer success team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage the customer success team to deliver exceptional service and support
- Build strong relationships with key clients and serve as a trusted advisor
- Monitor customer health metrics, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Drive customer feedback programs and advocate for customer needs internally
- Prepare reports and present insights on customer success metrics and initiatives to senior management
- Define and implement best practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving customer retention and growth
- Strong understanding of SaaS or technology products and customer success metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and customer-focused environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Singapore/SEA market is an advantage
